Seamore Guest House in Great Yarmouth
Seamore Guest House is an early 20th-century guesthouse that has retained most of its visual character and charm, both externally and internally. We are located in the heart of Great Yarmouth, just minutes from the seafront (the Golden Mile) and the town centre.
Your hosts, Kevin and Sarah have spent over 15 years modernising the guesthouse to bring it into the 21st century, providing high standards, modernity and cleanliness that guests expect today.
We accept single night bookings (except over Bank Holidays), although discounts may be available for longer stays. We are a no-smoking premises and we comply with all electrical, fire and food safety regulations.

Our Rooms
We have 5 en-suite rooms single, double, twin, family, all have double-glazed sash windows, wooden Venetian blinds and curtains for shade and privacy and central heating with thermostatic controls. Toiletries, towels and tea/coffee making facilties provided free of charge. Extra duvets and pillows available in all rooms.
Family Room
We have 2 standard en-suite family rooms, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. These rooms have a standard double bed and full size bunk beds. Both rooms have full ensuite facilities comprising of shower, toilet and wash basin.

Double Room
This is our standard double room which is full en-suite. Not the biggest room, but certainly comfortable and cozy. Suitable for 1 or 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 small child.

Our single room is ideal for short breaks for the lone traveller or worker. Includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The single room offers a wardrobe, an electric kettle, a carpeted floor, a flat-screen TV, as well as a quiet street view.

Local attractions
We are ideally placed for all of Great Yarmouths attractions - Brittannia Pier, the Golden Mile, the Pleasure Beach are all just a short walk away. We are just a couple of miles from the Great Yarmouth Racecourse, Yarmouth Stadium and The Norfolk Broads.
Breakfast
The cost of your stay will usually include a breakfast, cereals, toast, teas, coffee, juice and ‘Full English’.
Car Parking
All parking is on-street around us, some spaces are free (for 24 hours), some require permits, these are available from us for £2 for a 24 hour permit.

Exceptional
The location was perfect.the room was spotlessly clean.nothing broken everything worked.the shower was large and powerful.the room had a fridge,iron, ironing board,hairdryer and fan.little things like black out blinds,box of tissues,and hand soap and shower gel made a difference.the breakfast was exceptional!plenty of choice and proper Lincolnshire sausages not cheap ones.the hosts were very helpful and friendly.They have obviously spent a lot of time and money on the place as it's the best we've ever stayed in.

Last minute beach getaway!
We had a lovely night’s stay here. The room was very clean, bright & airy. Very nice bedding and comfortable bed. We slept really well. Breakfast was lovely & fresh. The owners were very friendly & accommodating. It’s a great location very close to the beach & seafront. We would definitely return.
