OK, it's winter time, perhaps not the time of year you would normally think of spending a few days on the chilly coast of East Anglia....but why not?

We all know a break is a good thing, and the bracing sea air in this part of the world can do you a power of good.

So, we've decided to help you have a few days away. How about £10 a night rooms - per person that is, we're not that daft!

There are a couple of conditions, though: the offer is based on two adults sharing a room, and it's for two nights over the weekend (Friday & Saturday), or 3 nights midweek (Mon-Wed or Tues-Thurs). If you want more nights, just give us a call and ask, we'll see what we can do.

We're happy to include children and babies in the offer - best thing is to give us a call and we'll work out a price based on the age and number of little ones.

The price includes a 'continential' breakfast, and by that we mean cereals, toast, hot drinks and juice only.

One other thing: last year we charged extra for the en-suite rooms, this year it will be a straight-forward £10pppn regardless of the room type. Obviously we can only offer you what we have available, so if the en-suite rooms are gone, they're gone, OK! So it will pay to book early and get those lovely en-suite rooms, won't it?

You can book online through our entry on Laterooms.com, but please note that the rooms are advertised at £30pn - this is based on 2 adults, and it includes the extra £10 to cover the cost of commission we have to pay to Laterooms.

Also, even though our en-suite family rooms are advertised on Laterooms and this price, it is a based on just 2 adults sharing. Please don't try to book a room for a family of 6 at £30....it will just make us cry....!
